Return and Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at misthomelinen@gmail.com.
- Timeframe: We understand that sometimes a change of mind happens, you have up to 14 days to return items for a change of mind.
- Condition of Items: To process a return, please ensure that the items are in their original, unopened and unused condition. This includes keeping the bedding in its original folded condition, with the tag and ribbon intact. For hygiene reasons, please refrain from opening or placing the item on the bed or washing it.
- Initiating a Return: Please contact us at misthomelinen@gmail.com before you would like to return and then ship to the address provided. All returning parcels must include your order and contact details so we can contact you when it arrives!
- Return Costs: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and may vary based on weight. Once your return has been delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your request.
